Mailbox Service
We
offer mailbox service for all Plantana, Auburn Springs and Rosewood residents.
This includes cleaning and waxing the mailbox-- and then painting the post with
the approved Parkshore color paint. Average mailbox service is $48 (cash) or $58
(check). Please call for a review and quote for your mailbox!
If your
mailbox is past the point of a maintenance update, please call Mike at Mailbox
Solutions for a replacement quote. Estimate: a mailbox replacement is $109, post
is $480 and installation is $100 ($689 + tax). This includes a complete
installed mailbox-- painted and has the correct font address lettering on the
unit.

Mow, Trim & Blow
Weekly mowing services- Mow / Trim / Blow:
Many of our clients enjoy working in the garden and doing landscaping, but they
don't want to be tied down to the weekly mowing and cleanup. The MTB service is
a basic yard mowing, trimming around the home foundation, trees, deck and
blowing clippings from the hard surfaces. Average Plantana yard cost is $45
(cash) or $55 (check). Please call for a quote on your property!

Custom Service Packages
ShinnScape can customize any of our
lawn / landscape services into a package. We offer service discounts to those
who pre-pay for monthly packages including 4 or more cuts.
We can also
create packages for use by property managers (banks and landlords) that have
empty homes on their inventory to maintain. With lockbox or key access, we will
inspect the home each week and report back to the agency--- noting any issues:
damage caused by water, wind or break in attempts.
Gift
Certificates
ShinnScape also offers Gift Certificates. Give the gift of
a beautifully manicured lawn to a friend or family member. Gift Certificates can
be purchased for any denomination. They expire one year from date of issue and
are only available for ShinnScape service areas.

Light Landscaping
Our light landscaping services include: plant & scrub replacement, shrub
trimming, weeding, mulching, lower branch tree trimming and bed edging. We can
also assist with spot weed control and insect foundation perimeter spraying (we
use standard products that can be purchased at Lowes-- we are not licensed for
other type of chemical applications). We can add any of these services to a
custom package or perform them as you see the need. |
Power Wash Projects
We
offer power washing services for many of your home needs: deck, vinyl siding and
driveways. Please call for more information and a service quote.
